Where Can I Get Tested for COVID-19? Please call your family doctor. If you do not have a family doctor call Genesis Telehealth (740-297-8610), Genesis Nurse Line (740-455-4949), Muskingum Valley Health Center (740-891-9000) or if symptoms are severe/life threatening go to the Genesis Emergency Department. If you have a doctor’s test order, call First Care North (740-454-4585). If you do not have a doctor’s test order, call CVS South (740-451-7589).
Free COVID-19 Home Test Kits are available while supplies last at the Zanesville-Muskingum County Health Department. Call 740-454-9741 or walk-in, M – F, 8-4.
